Synopsis

Pippa (Wright Penn),at the age of 50, seems to have everything in life: security, happiness, a brilliant publisher husband 30 years her senior and successful grown-up twins. But when her husband (Arkin) first decides that they should both leave New York and move to a retirement home in Connecticut, and then embarks on an affair with a woman even younger than she is, Pippa finds herself re- assessing her place in the world and quietly spiralling towards a nervous breakdown.
